Delete your Alsababa account

You can delete your account yourself in the app, or ask us by email if you no longer have the app. Deleting your account is permanent. One phone number is one account: if you use the same number in both apps, the account is deleted in both.
Option 1: in the app
- Open Alsababa Student or Alsababa Teacher and sign in.
- Open the menu and tap Settings, then Delete account.
- Read what is deleted and kept, tap Delete my account, then confirm with Delete permanently.
- If some time has passed since you last signed in, the app sends a verification code to your phone number to confirm it is you.
The account is deleted right away. Deletion is refused while a live Session is in progress: end the Session first.
Option 2: by email, without the app
- Email info@alsababah.com with the subject "Delete my account" and the phone number you sign in with, including the country code.
- We verify that the number is yours: we send a code by SMS from our operator phone for you to email back, or ask you to send a WhatsApp message from that number. Only a reply from the email address that sent the request counts. If the number is not verified within 14 days, the request is closed and no account is deleted.
- We delete the account within 30 days of verifying the number and email you when it is done.
We never ask for the verification code the app sends you when you sign in. We keep a private log of the request (dates, the account ID, the last four digits of the phone number, the email address the request came from, and how the number was verified). We delete the emails and messages that contain the full phone number within 30 days of closing the request.
What is deleted
Your profile and photo, your private profile (date of birth, hearing status, push tokens), availability and busy times, Sessions and Session history, online status, your name and photo on bookings, your phone number and name in call diagnostics, alerts and daily summaries, your call feedback, and your sign-in identity. Open bookings are canceled. The other participant receives a notice that the booking was canceled because an account was closed, and sees "Closed account" on that booking.
What is kept, without your name, photo or phone number
- A deletion record (state, how deletion was requested, times and counts), kept indefinitely.
- Call and Session event records linked to an internal account ID, kept indefinitely.
- Past bookings as the other participant sees them (time and subject only), kept indefinitely.
- Call diagnostics without your phone number or name, until they are deleted automatically after 90 days, in daily batches.
- Crash reports already sent, until Firebase Crashlytics deletes them after 90 days.
- Alert notifications already delivered to our operators' phones, which cannot be recalled.
Records kept indefinitely are pseudonymous: they contain no name, phone number or photo, but they are linked to an internal account ID. We keep them to show that a deletion was completed, to resolve disputes about calls and Sessions, to prevent abuse, and to keep the other participant's history intact.
If you sign in again with the same number, a new, empty account is created. The full details are in the privacy policy.
حذف حسابك في السبابة

يمكنك حذف حسابك بنفسك من التطبيق، أو أن تطلب ذلك منا بالبريد الإلكتروني إن لم يعد التطبيق لديك. حذف الحساب نهائي. رقم الهاتف الواحد حساب واحد: إذا كنت تستخدم الرقم نفسه في التطبيقين، فيُحذف الحساب منهما كليهما.
الطريقة الأولى: من التطبيق
- افتح «السبابة للطالب» أو «السبابة للمعلّم» وسجّل الدخول.
- افتح القائمة واضغط الإعدادات، ثم حذف الحساب.
- اقرأ ما سيُحذف وما سيبقى، واضغط احذف حسابي، ثم أكّد بالضغط على احذف نهائيًا.
- إذا مضى وقت على آخر تسجيل دخول، يرسل التطبيق رمز تحقق إلى رقم هاتفك للتأكد من أنك صاحب الحساب.
يُحذف الحساب فورًا. ويُرفض الحذف أثناء جلسة مباشرة جارية، فأنهِ الجلسة أولًا.
الطريقة الثانية: بالبريد الإلكتروني، دون التطبيق
- راسل info@alsababah.com بعنوان «حذف حسابي»، واذكر رقم الهاتف الذي تسجّل الدخول به مع رمز الدولة.
- نتحقّق من أن الرقم رقمك: نرسل رمزًا برسالة نصية من هاتف المشغّل لدينا لتعيده إلينا بالبريد، أو نطلب منك إرسال رسالة واتساب من ذلك الرقم. ولا يُقبل إلا الرد من عنوان البريد الذي أرسل الطلب. وإذا لم يُتحقَّق من الرقم خلال 14 يومًا، يُغلق الطلب ولا يُحذف أي حساب.
- نحذف الحساب خلال 30 يومًا من التحقّق من الرقم، ونراسلك عند اكتمال الحذف.
لا نطلب أبدًا رمز التحقق الذي يرسله التطبيق عند تسجيل الدخول. ونحتفظ بسجلّ خاص للطلب (التواريخ، ومعرّف الحساب، وآخر أربعة أرقام من رقم الهاتف، وعنوان البريد الذي ورد منه الطلب، وطريقة التحقّق من الرقم). ونحذف رسائل البريد والرسائل التي تتضمّن رقم الهاتف كاملًا خلال 30 يومًا من إغلاق الطلب.
ما يُحذف
ملفك الشخصي وصورتك، وملفك الخاص (تاريخ الميلاد، وحالة السمع، ورموز الإشعارات)، وأوقاتك المتاحة والمشغولة، وجلساتك وسجلّها، وحالة اتصالك، واسمك وصورتك في الحجوزات، ورقم هاتفك واسمك في تشخيص المكالمات والتنبيهات والملخّصات اليومية، وملاحظاتك على المكالمات، وهوية تسجيل الدخول. وتُلغى الحجوزات المفتوحة، ويصل إلى الطرف الآخر إشعار بأن الحجز أُلغي لأن حسابًا أُغلق، ويرى «حساب مغلق» على ذلك الحجز.
ما يبقى، دون اسمك أو صورتك أو رقم هاتفك
- بيانات سجل الحذف (الحالة، وطريقة طلب الحذف، والأوقات، والأعداد)، ويُحتفظ بها إلى أجل غير محدّد.
- سجلات أحداث المكالمات والجلسات المرتبطة بمعرّف داخلي للحساب، ويُحتفظ بها إلى أجل غير محدّد.
- الحجوزات السابقة كما يراها الطرف الآخر (الوقت والموضوع فقط)، ويُحتفظ بها إلى أجل غير محدّد.
- تشخيص المكالمات دون رقم هاتفك أو اسمك، إلى أن يُحذف تلقائيًا بعد 90 يومًا، على دفعات يومية.
- تقارير الأعطال المُرسلة سابقًا، إلى أن تحذفها Firebase Crashlytics بعد 90 يومًا.
- إشعارات التنبيه التي وصلت سابقًا إلى هواتف مشغّلينا، ولا يمكن استرجاعها.
السجلات التي يُحتفظ بها إلى أجل غير محدّد مستعارة الهوية: لا تتضمّن اسمًا أو رقم هاتف أو صورة، لكنها مرتبطة بمعرّف داخلي للحساب. ونحتفظ بها لإثبات اكتمال الحذف، ولحلّ النزاعات بشأن المكالمات والجلسات، ولمنع إساءة الاستخدام، وليبقى سجلّ الطرف الآخر مكتملًا.
إذا سجّلت الدخول مرة أخرى بالرقم نفسه، يُنشأ حساب جديد فارغ. التفاصيل الكاملة في سياسة الخصوصية.
